Running Form
Running is a core human competency, and running well is necessary both to prevent injury (it’s a complex skill, most people suck at it) and to run efficiently enough to cover distances without early burn-out. This particular technique is an absolute must if you’re wearing any form of minimalist footwear or going bearfoot. I’m barely scratching the surface in this video, but the principles and drills should put you on good footing (pun intended, of course).
